DIRECTIONS M25 Junction 29, A127 – East Bound, take the Basildon Turn off A176 follow signs for
Festival Leisure Park, then follow Essex PB 5 Signs.
REFRESHMENTS Refreshments for spectators and competitors will be on sale in the Athletic Stadium.
BRITISH RAIL Nearest station is Basildon (Fenchurch Street Line)

CHANGING Changing and shower facilities are available at Gloucester Park Athletic Stadium
(Male & Female)
PB’S ACHIEVED There will be a list of competitors race numbers displayed in the information room. So
please display your new PB after the race and you may be eligible for a spot prize.
PRESENTATION Will be held in the Athletic Stadium at approximately 11am or after last finisher. Spot
prizes will be awarded first.
SPONSORSHIP Please bring with you on the day and hand it into the information
MONEY desk. If you have sent monies direct to charity please notify information desk of
your total monies collated.
TEAM OF TEN To aid results could your team nominate a team captain to notify race director when
all your team runners have completed the race.
MEMENTO These can be collected at the finish area for all pre-entered.
BAGGAGE Baggage will be left at owners risk.
ENTRY LIMIT The entry is limited to 1000 runners – Five Mile, 500 Fun Runners
AGE Under B.A.F. rules, all male and female entrants must be 15 yrs of age or over on the
day of the race (FIVE MILE ONLY)
THE START The start will be at 10 am. It will be appreciated if entrants will assemble in the car
park until the roads are closed and safe to access.
RESULTS Results will be available by post, any competitors wishing to receive a copy should
leave £1 together with an addressed envelope (provided) at the result table.
